Surely that is a misnomer. It is the Stern Center for the Human Rights Business.
Just sayin - either you support human rights or you don't. And if free speech is a human right, you don't need to study this. They censor speech, ergo, they deny human rights. But it's a business, so they get a research grant to pay themselves to study it.
