With religion in decline, people will be entertained and kept docile through Super Bowls, reality TV, porn, a celebrity culture in which the common people are made to feel like personal friends of the rich and famous, and corporate ads in which diverse actors and actresses tell us that we are all "community" and "family."

The people most likely to object to this arrangement - Christians and Trump supporters - are already being censored, demonized, marginalized, and weeded out of more and more professions, including even the military, long thought to be a bastion of patriotism and conservatism.
