I don’t think Joe will run in 2024. Most of the animus and outrage towards Cuomo is coming from New York itself. The DC big media and big tech are still trying to cover for him. Most of the stories are NY media.
Joe will be too mentally decrepit to run in 24 if there are normal elections as circa 2000. Those days are gone, though. If they want to run Joe six months post mortem he will, of course, “win.”
