Dr. Carson is a fiscal conservative. He focused on the cleaning up waste and fraud in HUD.
I promise you that it would take a team of forensic accountants with fanatical determination to even begin to find the waste and fraud at HUD.
It is buried deep in the bureaucracy, and the folks who know about it would _never_ talk about it to an outsider.
Carson was in _way_ over his head....not his fault...just the way it is.
