Ammo, Inc. (NASDAQ: POWW) the premier American ammunition and components manufacturer and technology leader announced last Friday that it has entered into a non-binding LOI with IA Tech LLC, the owners of GunBroker.com, the world’s largest on-line auction marketplace dedicated to firearms, hunting and shooting related products. This acquisition not only changes the trajectory for the company by giving them a commanding lead in the industry but could perhaps revolutionize the industry itself. This is an example of how technology can disrupt an over 200-year-old firearms industry.

Yep. I hope Ammo (and their lawyers) are thinking outside the box as this acq will be scanned by DC nutroots for means to infringe 2A.

Kind of wish they were putting all their attention on ammo production. I only use Gun Broker to research. Some day I’ll purchase my 1st gun but will want to see it in person before buying.

Definitely get to know your local gun shop owners and employees. They might not seem like the most friendly or personable people with new customers (some are, but I’ve often found that new folks catch a bit of distrust at first), but if you’re consistently shopping there, you’ll find they can be an amazing resource when you’re trying to find something specific or trying to do some research.

I have that covered. There is an establishment close by that deals in art that I frequent. Mostly wood, composite and metal abstracts that can be tastefully displayed in any room.

For those wanting a specific item not yet available from the usual sources, GB is an excellent source!

So, it's 2021, Biden the Usurper is in the White House, global communism is on the march, and you haven't even bought ONE gun yet?

I feel sorry for you and your family. Genuinely.

I don’t like it. I think it would be too easy to arm-twist an entity which has to comply with lots of federal regulations into censoring ads that the feds would rather not see.

When I look at "Ammo, Inc." I see a lot of fluff and press releases.

I do not see production figures or facilities.

It looks like a holding company in an office in Scottsdale, AZ.
