Possibilities:
- Elon drops Robotic Boring machines on Mars and builds massive tunnel networks.
- Crash Venus into Mars or Mars into Venus making a planet close to Earth's mass. Will require advances in phyics as moving venus. Could take centuries or even millenia to stabelize.
- Create a magnetosphere around Mars.
- Release the cynobacteria that can live on Mars and produce oxygen. Must find a way to retain atmosphere. Perhaps a solar wind shield would help.
- Create a wormhole to another solar system and steal one of their planets.
