63 year old (tomorrow!) nurse. Also do not take flu shots or hepatitis vaccines. Saw some covid patients, and it’s a bad, strange illness. But I’m confident with my immune system to protect me.
I do not think poorly of those who choose to take it.

My 90 yr old Mother, and her friends, had mild discomfort the day after her second shot.

No. !!! I am that little percentile that nearly always has a bad reaction. The ONLY time that I didn’t was to the rabies series that I underwent. I only got really sleepy from that. Both DH and I have had the virus twice, so hopefully we are relatively immune for the next little while.

Yes. Had a family member die from it. Also would rather not catch it in the first place since some people seem to have lingering side effects

Yes, had both doses Moderna. I have need to travel internationally, and if dying is from the immunization, that’s okay, too.
PS, i am not a pre-menopausal woman. My ability to carry a child is irrelevant.
