Low flow shower heads...why God invented drill bits. I used to take a 3/32 bit and small channel locks with me when flying to CA to stay for a week at a time. Remove head, hand drill out holes, reinstall. Quietly changed 8 or 9 in the same hotel.
Most showerheads I’ve seen have a flow restrictor you can remove with pliers. No drilling needed
