Anybody can pass bills and reforms but are they ENFORCED! That is the real question. And how do you answer that without resorting to force... Observers were literally stopped from entering election sites, some stopped by the police even when their papers were in order. So how get your head around that GOP!!!! They should be addressing that and not this other hogwash. This reform of the GOP is like cleaning the Aegean Stables... horseshit by the tons.
Yes, and also the Dems are able to simply change the rules no matter what the legislature passes, and the courts have signaled that is perfectly fine. So putting your hopes in reforms by the legislature that will simply be ignored is foolishness.
A big issue in PA is their Demrat Supreme Court. The PA Supreme Court is filled with partisan hacks. The legislature can pass election integrity laws until they’re blue in the face, only to have them overturned by the PA Supreme Court.
It does not matter what the Legislature does (if they even do anything) because the totally corrupt PA Supreme Court will say the law is unconstitutional. That supreme court is probably the most corrupt and worst in the country, deciding cases on political leandings rather than the state and national Constitutions.
As long as the PA Supreme Court is picked by Pitt and Filthadelphia, PA is toast!!!!!!!
