The NYPD pulled over Christopher Stoney at West 16th Street because of the air rifle atop his Hummer.
A rapper and fashion mogul out of Philly found out the streets of New York are no place for a Hummer with a roof-mounted long gun — even if it’s just an air rifle that shoots promo T-shirts.

Very, very hard to believe! I doubt very much that the barrel of that gun has any rifling in it at all. That would damage the fabric of the T-shirts as they travelled down the barrel. If the rifling don’t fit, you got to aquit. It is not an air rifle... it is just a big pop gun.

In this circumstance, yes. Who knows what the capabilities of that cannon has? It was a stupid move, plus the side of the humvee said "War Child". This is not the time for such a stunt.
