If there was a horse in Nevada 6,000 - 14,000 years ago, that would be a huge find.

Something killed all of the horses in North America during that time, during the Younger Dryas.

if it’s a horse, 6K years ago changes horse history at bit, being that they were supposed to have gone extinct in north america 2K years earlier at the best and 18K on the other end of the estimate.
