Hard to tell with lens perspective and all, but yeah, great first shot after being first on the scene of a total cluster****.
House on fire, bodies in the street, getting shot at.
But, the perp was black so the cop wasn't supposed to shoot him.
Riots at 9pm.

That was my first thought on reading the article. One shot, one kill, lots of time on the range.
