That’s what I was thinking. Buy up bigly before 10:00. It’s much like that law in NY where you couldn’t buy a super sized drink. So people would buy two smaller ones to equal a large one, and that was OK.

Why not just put up a sign that says “alcohol free loitering zone”? After all Dems believe that “drug-free school zone” signs mean that there are no drugs in a school and the Biden administration emphatically says “the border is closed” while thousands of invaders are pouring across our southern border every day.
