I think it was the local Kerr county special operations division that led to Blevins’ arrest.
They seem to have a lot of info on the local drug scene of which Blevins seems to be a part of.
The arrest was 2 blocks from the local Walmart, but it didn’t mention guns in his possession at the time of arrest.
