You should add. Have 4 people sit in a diamond formation - NOT on the corners, but one front and center, one in the middle last row, and two flankers on the sides. Make sure these 4 are committed to making noise.
Remember the old cowboy and Indian movies where 4 troopers make enough noise to sound like a regiment?
That is a VERY EFFECTIVE TACTIC in meetings like these.
