1. It depends on why they got weird about a lie and the seriousness of the offense. I’ve given weird lies, when I’ve lacked confidence in being forward with the truth. It happens.
Is it a one time thing, or is this a general behaviour thing.
7. If they are making comments on your appearance, it would depend on what is being said and the intentions. A person who loves another wants the other person to present themselves as best as they can. If that’s the intent, that’s called caring.
