That would make a lot of sense. Link the census, voting, and citizenship all in one package to be handled by each state.

No reason it can’t be done annually, around June. Income taxes are done annually and must use current address. Use state or federal income tax database to compare to and purge state voter databases.
Should be an automated, computerized process that takes an hour to process.i
We know how good Big Tech is at harvesting and sharing much info about each of us. Why is voter roll upkeep even a thing? (Unless, of course, there’s some reason to keep that in the COBOL era...)
