Actually the Communist Party USA had “kinderkamps” going back to at least the 40’s if not earlier. Their ads appeared in the CP’s newspapers and front publications up till today (differing names, sites, and leaders but still MARXIST).
What Hamas, Fatah, Hezbollah ISIS and Boko Harum are doing to their children (and kidnapped/raped children) is called “child abuse” and “child genocide” by the civilized world, a world which is getting smaller every day.
