‘74, employees compound, Six Flags Over Texas(original), eating double/double hamburgers; that cut was always playing.

Studio version was the best.
Horns, more percussion etc.

Used to listen to it on quadraphonic.

Amazing musician, the song is aptly titled.
It screams Frankenstein.

Great band! I saw Edgar Winter’s White Trash at The Warehouse in New Orleans in 1971. Solid rock and roll. Rick Derringer had these crazy jeans with eyes embroidered on the back pockets. I’m thinking they opened for Ten Years After, but it was a long time ago. ;-)

Saw the Edgar Winter group back in the early 70’s in Seattle, great concert from what I recall - the opening act was Black Oak Arkansas.

They played in a little club in Myrtle Beach in 1990. Great show and had a blast.

It isn't an amp Edgar is playing, he solos on an Arp 2600 synthesizer. Doing that kind of improvised solo as well as he did on a synthesizer like that is really hard.

Edgar Winter is an extremely talented musician. How many people can play at that level on drums, keyboards and Saxophone? And guitar too!
