There was a piece on the TV about the other building, the north tower. The board it that building did everything right, spent millions of dollars on repairs and upgrades, and their building is in perfect shape. The TV piece showed the underground garage - it was immaculate, no cracks, no leaks.
So if you do no maintenance for 40 years, then you may be sorry.

Let me get this straight. Florida is geologically limestone. It is the result of eons of shellfish dying on top of each other.
