Now you are moving the goal posts by linking to a clickbaitish website which contains a DIFFERENT claim.
The new claim "1.8 million more voters than it 'should'" is a completely different claim than 1.2 million "votes more that [sic] voters."
The "1.2 million votes more that [sic] voters" claim is DEMONSTRABLY false. The "1.8 million more voters than it should" has not been "proven" by any definition of that term. If you have actual evidence, please post it here.

You first Post said more Votes were Cast than the number of Eligible Voters on the Rolls. That was incorrect.
Your “correction” Post noted than 1.8 Million People shouldn’t be on the Eligible Voter Rolls in the first place.
The question is, does CA let People Register to Vote without showing Proof of Citizenship? After going to the CA SOS Website, it looks like that is exactly what is happening. Their “proof” requirements are lacking IMHO.
In other words, your Mathematical skills are just fine.
