More like the Lizzies, man: they don’t come out and play plus they play for the other team. ;)

Why doesn’t Snyder just ask all of the indigenous tribes to come up with several names that are accepted by all national tribes and pick a name from whatever they come up with?
Doesn’t seem all that difficult.

Football Team is the greatest name in sports and a great punchback at the politically correct culture. I would never change it.

Well, apparently they are afraid of appropriating anyone’s culture so that is not white, So, why don’t they call the club the Wahington White Dudes.

Sheesh. As if the Native American culture is the only one that had warriors. "Warriors" is a catch-all phrase meaning anyone who goes to war (which pretty much includes all cultures).
If the name is a fan favorite, just give it a non-Native American logo and mascot (just sort of a generic warrior guy) and everyone is happy.

Animal rights folks said they should keep the name Redskins but use a pile of redskin potatoes as their symbol and mascot.
I think they should be called the Washington Tapeworms, since that perfectly describes DC and the people who live there.

Or just do like soccer teams, FC Washington. Or they could try the shorthand version of Football Union Washington.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. They don’t give a damn about what fans think...that has been obvious for years.
I hope the NFL goes financially bankrupt. To match its morality.
