Lately, the term "gain-of-function" shows up in half the headlines. It appeared in Dr. Deep State’s secret emails to Wuhan along with another batch to Mark Zuckerberg, alleged creator of Facebook, originally called "Project LifeLog" when DARPA started it. Now, Zuckerberg and his New World Order cronies try to walk all the oppression back like it never happened.

Essentially what we have is Obama's top electronic spymaster working for both Google and Facebook after her primary focus from 1996 (hired by DARPA) to 2012 who was in charge of creating technology to spy on and control adversaries spending time employed by both the largest search engine (google), the largest social media platform (Facebook/LifeLog) that combined account for the lion's share of internet advertising. That is when Obama and the leftists formally took control of these two tech Giants.
