This is an important and valid distinction.
The top virologists, immunologists and the MDs actually treating real people and then doing their own testing/analysis, from all around the world, are reporting the same things. Graphene oxide sort of miraculously explains the *baffling*, *rare* symptoms, injuries and deaths.

Personally, I have come to believe that there are multiple trials being conducted at once. I think the various brands of injection need to be compared by lot number/geographic location and time period. I would like to know whether or not they are uniform. Caveat: they appear to say they can and do change formulation on the fly, so there be no way to track previous formulations without a real whistleblower with access to the databases, which are likely the most secure information on the planet, right now.
However, I don’t necessarily believe our resident apologists are paid. I think they are people who have spent their lives involved in the institutions of government, corporate business &/or science & healthcare and they simply cannot break through the conformation bias.
My father was retired at the time of Waco, but I remember him saying in a puzzled tone, while watching the foortage of agents wearing branded jackets: “They aren’t supposed to be wearing those or acting like that.” He spent 35 years working for the Treasury Department, from gauger, to membership on an 8-year forensic team going through Seagram’s books in the pre-computer era. He would never have believed what is going down today. He was not a jack-booted thug or naive, just a little guy with a job he did honestly and believed in.
