The drug inserts provided to pharmacists are blank or partial lists of chemicals, so they are administering the vaccines without knowing what is in them. There’s a video of a patient quizing a pharmacist over the phone and he ends up saying they’re just following orders, they don’t know what’s in the vaccine.
Given these are biowarfare agents, I don’t suppose that even if they drug insert provided contents, it wouldn’t list hazardous chemicals or products.
