Furthermore, I’d bet 1000$ that they removed the nuclear button from this president.
It appears clear to me that the requirement was that the Executive would be political castrotos.
I don’t think they are even intended to complete the term.

Because it’s better for those really running the Presidency that he be seen than it is for them to be exposed and thus called to account. As it now stands Biden gets called out and excused.
