Sounds like you need to send in a complete, corrected return and probably a paper version so that you can send in everything at once.

The IRS system for paper returns allows you to attach supplemental pages. But the electronic system does not allow those supplemental pages to be uploaded. That’s a huge and ridiculous design and implementation error on their part.
