I have tried calling and everytime I get a recording, due to high caller volume call back tomorrow.... same every day. A$$ holes.
I had to call them last year about a return during the time when everyone was waiting on Federal unemployment - it took a few tries and good amount of holding time, but I got through and they were helpful

It’s been my experience for a long time now that this is a given when calling any business - it could be the local dog pound but it’s still “high caller volume.” Wait - Wait - Wait.
