Here is a thought: instead of taking pharmaceuticals to paper over the symptoms try eliminating sugar and all processed foods and doing intermittent fasting so the underlying metabolic damage can heal? Worked like magic for me and fixed a number of other problems I took for granted as “getting older”.
Sugar is a toxin and we are not made to eat constantly on such an energy rich diet as our modern society provides. Replace carbs with fats and oils and it becomes easy to go 16 hours or more without eating.
I agree. The last two days I went over 20 hours each without any hunger and not wanting to eat at all. I felt fine and happy.
Low carb does wonders.
