Correct. This is not a presidential library at all, it is a Stalinist monument and cultural monstrosity. They intend it to be a center of leftwing political subversion. The plan destroys much of the site of the 1893 Columbian Exposition, which was a celebration of an ascendant America, and that as much as anything may be the reason for the adamant insistence of the Obama scum to have their way.

On another note, it is reported that “residents were directed to voice their concerns in small breakout groups.” This is a tactic the Left teaches people to use. They seed the small groups; they probably ensured the dissenters were is separate groups which had been “seeded” with those they call change agents.
The author asked the Obama team for comment, and they declined. They have no defense for what they are trying to do (so typical of the Left!). This seems all around like yet another terrible thing.
