What’s worse is that there is also “Climate change” tiered rates according to how “Smoggy” your rig is. Big Trucks, Medium Trucks, Light Trucks, and passenger vehicles. So anyone who drives a pickup is going to pay more than a passenger car. And Big Trucks will pay the most per mile.
