The chart shows masters degree holders most willing to get the injection. On the surface, it doesn't make sense as holders of a master's degree are also considered highly educated by our society.

Many of the masters are in business as opposed to PhDs which may represent more technical fields (excluding jill biden). Or...it points out that a master's degree is more ornamental and less substantial than the weight our society assigns it. You can enroll in a master's program by mail or online where you never spend a day on campus.
