I am adamantly opposed to vaccine mandates but I do understand the dilemma these employers are facing. They must weigh the legal exposure of mandating vaccines against the risk of lawsuits from infected employees if they DON’T require vaccines.

If the vaccines worked, why don’t they work.

Employees who are not vaccinated would pose no risk to their fellow vaccinated employees, if the vaccines worked.

If the vaccines don’t work, then mandating them is the definition of insanity.

They aren’t vaccines.

They don’t work.
