Yes, indeed. And Engel is reporting from Kabul. He didn’t bug out. So the guy has more than a little bit of courage.
Engel has been covering the Mideast and Muslim world since at least the early 90’s. He probably has sympathies as well as numerous friends and colleagues there. I would guess this is personal for him.
