How much money are we spending on this crap? I’m a science and computer guy who values the importance of what we learn from science not just for today but for future generations. But seriously, what frikkin value is this adding to our existence except stroking the rattled, likely impotence driven egos of some scientists. How will our lives change over the next million years let alone the next 1000 if we discover the reasons for a break in one of the ‘Milky Way’ galaxy’s spiral arms?
