And you know that because...?
“Guy they employed basically walked up and shot him.”
Not so, the security guard went to the car to confront about the loud music and then left, it was the dead perp who then got out of the car and went over to the security guard to confront him.
Loud music is offensive. Vulgar loud music - especially "music" that mixes vulgarity with the N word is doubly offensive and should be illegal (IMHO).
I think the music should be played, at the volume it was during the incident, during the entire trial.
“Reading the story it could be a legit suit. Guy they employed basically walked up and shot him.”
Not according to the story posted.
But the shooting happened AFTER that. Again the actions around it show the shoot was bad. The shooter is charged with 2nd degree murder and Kroger’s has fired the firm. This is not a clean shoot.
Why is after bad? the security guard shot after he was confronted. Kyle Ritterhouse has been charged with all kinds of charges. Means little. A police officer who sent a small donation to his defense fund was fired. So much for getting fired by some PC employer meaning something.
Because after says the confrontation is over. If you and I have an argument and I shoot you during it could be self defense in response to your actions. If I wait until after the argument is over it’s not self defense, I’m no longer possibly in danger.
He shot someone over playing music too loud??
Did the ghetto banger say he was going to his car to get a weapon? A good chance thats how it went down.
You left out the fact that he got a COVID shot every Monday. And wore two masks at all times.
Now you’re just making stupid assumptions and racist remarks. Meanwhile, back in reality, everybody else thinks it’s murder.
You and Al Sharpton and Crump are all in agreement. Isnt that special.
Me. The cops on scene. His employer. The DA.
“Again the actions around it show the shoot was bad.”
Given that we are not given any ‘actions ...
But we ARE.
