Till then I am stuck with low carb and fasting. Works for me. I've lost 20 lbs since Christmas that way (so far). I'm short in height for a man so that's a lot for me. I've got about 15 more to go till I'm at about the weight I was when I got married 30 years ago. Of course the last to go is my gut, but it's getting there. My pants are starting to fall off me now.

Isn’t low carb a wonderful way to get back to a healthy weight? My wife and I are losing weight with it, too.
