Season 11 episode 2 "Archeron: Part II":
"Maggie's mission takes the team through a subway tunnel, challenged by lurking walkers and a recalcitrant Negan. With Eugene's group, Yumiko seeks answers about her brother and demands expedited processing into the Commonwealth."
Walking Dead ping!
Please let me know if you would like on or off The Walking Dead ping list.
Anyone have any idea who/what “Archeron” refers to?
Here’s a complete (really complete) of everything that happened WD Season 11, Episode 1: Archeron Part 1

I’ve not watched the show in a couple of years, but I still knew just about every character in it.
I figure Archeron will be a new character. The two new members in the episode appear to be Mercer and Yumiko’s estranged brother.
My guess is Mercer is Archeron.
Oh wow thanks for the heads up, I didn’t even know it was on again
Darn; the scenes are so dark I am having problems seeing much of the action.
If there has been any discussion as to who Maggie’s new masked partner is,
I must have missed it...
...and the sound is terrible...
Apparently, here in the Philippines, the satellite provider and Fox did not come to an agreement on a contract to run season 11. All I am getting is re-runs of earlier seasons. Currently they are up to the episode of Beth and Carol in the hospital.
Thus, I appreciate reading the synopsis of season 11. Maybe after the end of the season the local satellite provider will show season 11 as re-runs.
...well, shoving a grenade in their mouth apparently will kill a walker...
I’ve been baffled by the popularity of zombie fiction.
Now I see. It’s a counterstroke against the Deep State, intended to teach us how to fight whatever the “vaccinated” turn into.
In the beginning, it was science fiction. Now it’s a new form of Western, horses, cowboy hats and all.

Correct.
For quite a few seasons, now, the show has not been about zombies,
encounters with zombies are predictable and easy to stop,
encounters with other surviving humans, however,
are unpredictable, and that is what the show is about now.
Yep
That’s still going? I gave up on it when they had the guy with the bat (whose name I can’t recall at the moment), and they didn’t immediately drive a railroad spike through his brain.
“My guess is Mercer is Archeron.”
Archeron references the river of woe in Greek mythology.
See post 17.
thanks for playing
That’s as good a reason as any other I have heard...
