I know that the DNC likes to side with Ireland against the UK, and I sort of get it. Nobody is ‘pure’ in that dispute. But sheesh, pick you spots! You just got done embarrassing Britain - your most steadfast ally - over Afghanistan treating them like a mushroom while you attempted to sneak out of the country.

Joe Talibiden causes “civil unrest” everywhere he goes.
May the new “FU Biden” cheer become the new rallying cry...sorta like “Remember the Alamo” did.

So why should he care? If he even understands or knows about this.
He and the Obama gang are doing just fine.

We are a nation of sellouts.
And that’s not even our worst apostasy.
The collapse…the apocalypse of America…is very close.

Thing is, in truth siding with the EU is also siding against Ireland. Whether Ireland realizes it or not.

I’ll donate $100 to Sleepy46’s re-election if he can locate the UK on a map. And I’ll spot him Germany and France.

Ireland has a long sad history of being exploited by outsiders, mostly Britain. Why any of them would not want to be a unified independent state escapes me. I get that religious divisions run deep, but Geez— why stay on the UK plantation?
To: hinckley buzzard
The reason why there are so many "Scots-Irish" in the US is because their ancestors (Irish Protestants of Scottish ancestry) got fed up with how they were treated by the British government in the 18th century and came to North America.
At one point the UK had better living conditions than the Republic of Ireland which was a deterrent to Northern Ireland wanting to unite with the Republic. But apparently the per capita income in the Republic is now higher than in the UK. So maybe the main reason to stay apart is Northern Irish Protestants not wanting to be in a Catholic-majority country.

The bigger question is why they want to be on the EU plantation, under Teutonic rule via the Brussels proxy.
At least in the UK, they actually had voting rights, and those being the same rights the American colonies sought and were denied before they struck out for independence. Don’t take the long-standing narrative as absolute truth.
