I went shopping today ... got povidone-iodine & used it as a mouthwash/rinse & nasal swab after I got home.

Did you buy the 10% solution and dilute it or were you able to find something more in this recommended dose?

CVS bottle I have had here for years is 10%

I bought a bottle of 10% at CVS & diluted it.
