Tinnitus
I have very loud or strong tinnitus. I have yet to find a solution to minimize or eliminate it. So far, it just gets worse over time.
Serious question: have you tried CBD? I can’t vouch for it personally, but anecdotally I’ve read it helps some. I’ll get it occasionally when I’m under stress. I declench my jaw to help. Maybe massage?
Did you take the fake vax? Many people have gotten tinnitus after the vax.
I unexpectedly got relief when I switched from T4 to T3 thyroid meds.
Professionally diagnosed and professionally tuned hearing aids. White noise projected on bedroom TV over YouTube at bedtime.

I think you are going to find that your solution will consist of several things to get rid of it or reduce it.
Kent Taylor, owner of Texas Roadhouse, had it after covid. It got so bad he committed suicide. Get help before it can become that bad.

I have had chronic tinnitus for about the last 20 years but noticed not so much anymore. The only thing different is I have added zinc 220mg to my daily regime.

My first general quarters station was on an open 5”38 mount in the Navy. So yeah...relief? Not much. I guard what I have left by plugging inside headphones when I shoot and simply have learned to tolerate the rest.
A “leak” in a hearing protection at the range a few months ago. My fault. So I live with my mistake.
I learn to ignore it and that works until something like this request reminds me.
I have Tinnitus. It’s pretty bad. Caffeine makes it even worse. There’s no cure.
What does your ENT say?? My tinnitus is related to flareups of my Meniere’s disease (which cost me all hearing in my left ear).
