I would say so. Street level dealers are in it for the $$. Cheap cut doubles the take.

I always heard that people get on heroine because it’s cheaper than coke but they cut the heroine with fentanyl and people take there normal dose not realizing it and od. I could be wrong. I would make a terrible drug addict.
