Low fat, high carb continues to show issues with long-term health.
One trick that bodybuilders use, to keep the fat off, is that they eat minimize their carbs on their last meal.
I wish they would do more studies in these areas.

I’ve been logging my eating in Cronometer. Last week I ate 25% carbs, 58% fat, and 17% protein. I exercise a lot, and prefer more carbs than too much protein, which averaged 118g/day.
