I’m sorry you found it ‘derisive’. I didn’t consider your very generalized statement a ‘serious’ point and had we been face to face I would have smiled. While media ‘links’ may seem superficial to you, or inadequate to supporting a debate point, (they aren’t btw) it is the persons being quoted within those media accounts that tell the reality right along with the raw numbers. Our ICUs were always running over.....wayyy before Covid. They have gurneys lining the halls of the ICUs here because there were never enough beds. Hubby was a firefighter, been retired 15 years now, and when he was working they’d divert ambulances to other hospitals because the ICU was full at the closest one. Just another covid scare story.

Yes, this is exactly what my gf says, as well as other nurses and ER docs I’ve talked to. So in most regions, ICUs always have gurneys in the hall waiting for a spot, it just wasn’t news worthy until Covid.

A family friend with already with morbidity after got the jab have been back and forth to the hospital in Los Angeles, if the family call 9-11 he's brought to nearest ER. ER are clogged by fully vaccinated most or all hospitals have makeshift ERs and makeshift morques. Most DOAs and died at the hospitals are 90% fully vaccinated!
If I'd post that in my Facebook, my account will be locked out, what's up with that.
