the pandemic messed that up because covid patients stay in ICU two, two and a half three weeks. which creates a bottleneck
So no matter how much capacity you have, if you can’t turn beds over, you’ve got a problem.
right now, my neck of SoCal is back to emergency surgeries only.

First of all, it's a Scamdemic, not a Pandemic.
The continued use of the FAKE PCR Test confirms this. If your test cannot (and you know it) tell the difference between the common every-day flu and COVID-19 and you keep making statements about COVID-19 being the cause of something, You are a liar!
