Won’t matter. Natural resources which are restricted to Americans are sold off (permitted) to foreigners by Federal politicians. Case in point the Atlantic salmon in the 70s and 80s and Atlantic cod thereafter. And coal too.
Atlantic Salmon in the northeast we’re mostly killed off in the 1800’s. Their streams where they laid eggs were either dammed up by mills or jammed up with timber. Just a few untouched streams in Maine kept the population afloat.
