Given that only an actual voter can request an absentee ballot, and even if they were somehow spoofed, the fraudsters would still have to wait outside the voters mailbox to intercept the ballot. Not even clever.
Also given that anyone in the world can request and get a login id to WisVote (I just did) and can download real time voter data for any precinct or county the whole Gateway Pundit BOMBSHELL crap is just another old turd floating clickbait.

Registration
950,000+ voters were found to be newly registered in 2020 alone (~3.3 million Wisconsinites voted in total). Half of those registered online, and ~6% by mail.
45,000+ of those newly registered voters provided personally identifiable information during registration that did not match existing data from the WI Department of Transportation (DOT) (vehicle registrations, driver’s licenses, state identification cards). For 13,000+ more, no attempt was made to match the information with DOT data.
Bet they could have verified Wisconsin eligibility with a quick cross check against lists of Chicago Bears and Bulls Season Ticket holders. (Uhhhh Vote counts! Chicago Bears Jacket = eligible to vote in Milwaukee County! Yep! )
