When my son worked in the Trump administration, we were very fortunate to get three West Wing tours. All three tours were given by people who worked across the street in the Eisenhower building but their IDs got them into the West Wing.
The WW isn’t really that spacious and I asked one of our guides about going to the WW for work and they said usually it was in support of one of the President’s staff and usually to the office area. I asked what would happen if they hung out around the Oval Office and they said that would never occur. If you didn’t have business there, you weren’t allowed to “hang” out.
I asked them about Monica and while he didn’t work for Klintoon, he said in the Trump administration, you would have been questioned by a staff member, SS etc. so you know people in the WW knew why Monica was hanging out around the Klintoon Oral Office.
Clinton’s emission on Monica’s dress was analyzed for DNA by Judge Starr’s investigators and compared to a blood sample taken from Clinton.
A cursory check on the internet says that is typically done by analyzing the sperm.
Not sure about old Bill’s test.
If I’m not mistaken Monica and Linda did not know each other in the White House. They were both banished to the 25,000 employee Pentagon where they met and the confession began.
I always wondered how Tripp connected with Monica with all those other employees around. Maybe it was a coincidence but I don’t think so. Somebody set it up.

I was scheduled to go to the White House and interview Hillary for a traditional video “WH Tour With The First Lady” when I was a contract producer for the Feds. Two weeks before I was supposed to fly out there, the scandal broke out. We got a call from one of Hillary’s staff to cancel, saying “...the First Lady won’t be doing this project for the foreseeable future... for obvious reasons.” While I was not a fan, it would have been a great opportunity.
She saw something coming alright.
