I had seen the pictures of Biden comparing him to Cornholio, and while I did think it was hilarious, I thought someone had simply clipped a single frame out of a video and Photoshopped it.
It wan’t until yesterday I found out via Bill Whittle who characterized it as “vapor lock” that he simply seized up for 15-30 seconds while he was being asked a question.
I admit up front-it frightened me. I know other people probably manage the nuclear codes, but...to even have him in any proximity really scares me.

Those “other people” can get Pooptato Pants to do whatever they want with those nuke codes. :(
