Every so often you would hear about a football player or a basketball player dying unexpectedly of an undiagnosed congenital heart condition or an aneurysm . . . perhaps oncew a year or two, and it would make a small splash below the fold in the papers, even for a nobody.

There's some duplication so it's hard to count exactly how many, and a few of these things happen every year, vaccines or not, but it definitely seems there has been a large increase in these health issues shortly after vaccination.
I have only heard of a couple of athletes who have died of Covid, and no (active) professional athletes at all.
